Delivery 

All ready to ship items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday) of purchase using Royal Mail® services. All made to order items will be dispatched 1-2 weeks from purchasing as they require a production time. See estimated delivery date options at the checkout. FREE shipping on UK orders over £100. 

Please note - International orders may be subject to paying tax upon delivery and delivery times may be longer due to circumstances out of our control.

Returns 

Thanks for purchasing our products at Hixiiee - boho jewellery.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item/s within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the price of the return shipping and the product must be in the same condition that you received it, not showing any signs of wear. Please remember to collect proof of postage for your return. 

After the item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
